We’re looking for a Patient Communication & Office Lead to be the heartbeat of our Sun Prairie front office— someone who thrives on connection, organization, & representing our brand both in-office & out in the community!
Patient Communication & Office Lead
Part-time | Up to 32hrs/week | On-site

Confidence in patient interactions, both in person & virtually (via phone-call, text, DM)

Excellent time-management skills

Community outreach experience, including: patient follow-ups, collaboration with local businesses, & helping grow brand awareness in the community
Role Responsibilities Include:

Serving as a primary point of contact for patient communication

Supporting patient experience from first contact to follow-up

Assisting with community partnerships, events, & outreach

Representing Allure Skin Health both in-office & externally

Supporting team communication & office organization
